What should I prepare for a workshop?

You should receive an email within 3 days of signing up with more details on what to prepare. However, most of our workshops require little preparation, as it’s our duty to have it all sorted! More often than not, you’re expected to come as you are.

What if I cannot make it for the workshop?

Do note that we do not accept refunds on workshops. However, we do accept postponement. Please email to nobaddaze@ikimakersunion.com or WhatsApp (no calls!) to +65 8653 0380 to arrange an alternative date (subject to availability of workshop/space). Classes cannot be interchangeable, you are only able to postpone for another class conducted by the same maker/trainer.

Please notify us more than 72 hours before the commencement of the workshop. Anything less than 72 hours will incur a $30 administrative fee.

Your credit is valid 3 months from date of cancellation.

If you signed up for an exclusive one-off workshop, or if the maker/trainer does not conduct a workshop within the 3 months, you will then be allowed to use the credits for other workshops. 

You are allowed to postpone your class only once. If you are unable to make it the second time round, your credits will be ours ;)

My item I received in the mail is faulty

Please email to nobaddaze@ikimakersunion.com or WhatsApp (no calls!) to +65 8653 0380. Please include a picture the defect in your item. IKI will then determine on the next steps moving forward and you will be kept in the loop if there were to be an exchange or refund.

I’m missing an item for my order! Help!

Please email to nobaddaze@ikimakersunion.com or WhatsApp (no calls!) to +65 8653 0380 and we will arrange for the order to be mailed out to you.

I received an incorrect item in the mail

Please email to nobaddaze@ikimakersunion.com or WhatsApp (no calls!) to +65 8653 0380 and we will request your item be brought to our physical store to do an exchange. If you are based overseas, special arrangements will be made.

Can I cancel my order?

It depends on what stage your order is at! If your order has been processed and/or delivered, we are unable to cancel your order.

When will my items be mailed out?

Your items will be mailed out within 3 working days of order. You will receive an email/SMS notification when your order has been shipped.

How do I track the delivery of my items?

If you paid for tracked delivery, your tracking number will be sent to you in an email/SMS. Please follow the instructions to track your parcel with the specified courier.

Do I need to pay for custom charges and taxes?

For international deliveries, you are expected to pay the taxes according to your country’s laws and legislations. IKI will not be responsible for that.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. Please reach out if you have a specific payment method you require.
